Creacom, Inc. was founded and incorporated in Texas in January 1999 by Thomas and Kathleen Crea, the Principal Owners. It is currently located in Harris County within the City Limits of Tomball, Texas.

Creacom's primary emphasis is in heavy highway electrical construction consisting of lighting, traffic signals, signage, Intelligent Transportation Systems, and tolling. Its list of customers includes TX Dot, the City of Houston, Harris County, HCTRA, Montgomery County, the City of Tomball, and Ft. Bend County. In addition, Creacom provides services for select private entities for their electrical and communication needs.

Creacom, Inc. currently has full-time employees all working from the Tomball location. Included is a full-time fiber optic/ communication crew with Corning-trained technicians. There are also licensed electricians, directional boring crew, ground/trenching crews, aerial crews, and a drilling crew. Its fleet includes bucket trucks, digger derricks, a truck-mounted crane, and a truck-mounted pressure digger.
